Chef Wandile Mabaso is the new, young and fresh, Soweto-born chef, who is set to disrupt the culinary scene in Johannesburg. Part of his extensive experience with the food and culinary arts which was acquired over 12 months, while cooking on a yacht sailing the Italian coastline. From the warmer olive oil flavours of the Amalfi shores, to the cold currents of the North, Chef Wandile fuses culture and cuisine into perfection.

You will also be served a nourishing 4-course, plant-based lunch menu with a glass of Skinny Prosecco, an organic, vegan, low sugar Prosecco from Thomson & Scott, and a cup of Kahve Road coffee to finish off.
